Sonesta Select Spartanburg

I was pleasantly surprised by just how nice the place was. The beds were super comfy, the towels were big and fluffy, and the shampoo and conditioner they give you smells so good and makes your hair super soft and shiny. My only downside was they serve breakfast at 7am instead of 6am, so early workers like me kinda miss out. Great staff, very clean, will definitely stay again.

Rooms are nice and clean and customer service is outstanding! The beds are to die for and oh soooo comfortable... Ask for Douglas, he's always so kind and courteous. He works very hard and definitely deserves to raise!!! The hotel could use an upgrade, but my family and I still enjoy coming here.

We ended up staying at this Courtyard by mistake, the travel site that I used to book my room had a glitch and booked me at the wrong hotel. As it turns out, it was one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. Check-In was a breeze, the staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. The room was fresh and clean, had a very modern feel. Water pressure in the shower was a little disappointing, but it’s a low-flow shower to save on water. This was one of the few rooms where the Air Conditioning actually worked to keep the room at a decent temperature for me! Free Internet was fast and so easy to use. Checkout was easier than check in, no forms, nothing to sign, everything was emailed to me. All in all this was a great stay! Thank you!

Don't want to penalize them for renovating so I gave them five stars because there's service / hospitality was very good. There is an issue however with maid service on a Tuesday housekeeping did not give us a fresh set of towels nor did the house person/ hospitality even check in about my second day. We did go to the desk we were given a set of fresh towels.

The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated and front desk staff were warm and welcoming. My room was located on the first floor and had a large window and sliding glass door to the nicely kept courtyard and pool. The bedding was soft and comfortable. It can be a bit difficult to find initially but I would definitely stay here again.

This place is now called Best Western. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are friendly they have free complimentary breakfast each morning that's actually pretty good. It's also located right by Interstate 85. Another great perk to staying here is you have lots of food options close by.

Check-in was easy and painless. The courtyard was nice at night to have dinner with my wife, and it was pleasant. The pool was gross and closed. The elliptical on the exercise room needed mechanical attention because it clearly was not functioning properly. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The staff was accommodating to me and my girlfriend. We drove straight through from Sarasota after I got off work. There was a little confusion with housekeeping, who turned out to be the nicest young lady. I highly recommend staying here. It’s clean, well kept, fairly priced and the staff is excellent.
